Realising benefits

Questions that the toolkit will aim to help you answer:

How do we make a case for information sharing in the future?

What will we have at the end of this stage?

At the end of this stage, the partnership will be able to assess the benefits realised as a result of the information sharing work. The partnership will be able to communicate the benefits to a wide audience, including within their own organisations, to staff members, and to the public and service users.

Why is it important?

Establishing the benefits realised as a result of the initiative allows the partners to assess the value of their contribution. This provides valuable evidence for future support, or for further information sharing initiatives. It also provides an opportunity to demonstrate the benefits of partnership working.
