Charlotte PiperCharlotte leads the Centre’s national liaison, building strong links with national government and agencies.

Charlotte provided information sharing support to local areas as part of the Public Service Transformation Network, so that services were improved for residents.  In this role she successfully promoted a deeper understanding in central government of the information sharing issues faced by local places.

Her work, and the evidence she gathered has contributed to national conversations about information sharing which is really improving the public sector.

Charlotte has spent 10 years working on change and transformation for national government.

Prior to her work in the civil service, Charlotte gained hands-on experience in two London boroughs, working on corporate strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Before that she was a foundation stage teacher and had a spell in academia.
